Return & Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Conditions
You may request a return or exchange under the following circumstances: product appearance issues, quality issues, noticeable color differences, unpleasant odors, items not as described, or eligible no-reason returns. All returned items should remain in a reasonably intact condition for inspection.

Return & Exchange Process
To request a return or exchange, please contact us via email or phone and provide your order number, payment proof, reason for return or exchange, and relevant photos or videos for reference. Our customer support team will review your request promptly and notify you of the result.
Once approved, we will provide the return address and a return label. Please attach the label to the package and send the item back to the designated return address, then wait for us to receive and inspect the item to confirm it meets the stated conditions.
Return: Once the inspection is approved, we will immediately arrange the refund process.
Exchange: Once the inspection is approved, we will arrange shipment of the replacement item within 1–3 business days. For shipping times and more details, please refer to the Shipping policy.

Refund Process
After the return is confirmed, we will process the refund within 1 to 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Fees and Charges
If the return or exchange is due to product appearance issues, quality problems, color differences, odor, or items not as described, the shipping cost will be covered by us.
For no-reason returns or exchanges, the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Disclaimer
Issues caused by human damage, improper use, or failure to follow instructions are not eligible for return or exchange. Returned items must meet the stated conditions; otherwise, it may affect the outcome of the request. We reserve the right to make the final decision on all return and exchange requests.
